If there are ships in, you are in for a treat! Lots of people and everyone is selling their goods! Clean beaches, Beautiful!

Beautiful natural resources but too many tourist traps. The food is ok, it lacked either freshness or quality so tasted average. As a bargaining advice if you decide to shop or get a massage then be aggressive, offer your bid by diving the offer at...More

We (me/wife) had massages on the beach, for way less than half the price of what could be had on the cruise ship. Hearing the water and palm fronds while getting a great massage was simply delightful. It took away some of the pain from...More

Went for The Krazy Lobster beach club. Great food and beach. Kids loved the hammocks and music. Trolly out, taxi back.

We found Blue Kay by looking on TripAdvisor....lovely, rustic beach/hotel. It was perfect for us, a family of 6, 2 grandparents, our son and 3 grandchildren. $10. admission (adults only, kids free) gets you two drinks, alcoholic or non-alcoholic including beer. Includes sun loungers with...More

Mahahual is the quiet and quaint beach-town, that Tulum was, 30 years ago, before neon signs and 24-hour party-people...there's a lovely beach, great food and drink, and wonderful people. It's just getting noticed as a cruise port, so more people will come to know it......if...More

The $3 team seems like a steal to get to the beach but it's a scam. Once we were dropped off a man is waiting there to sell a cab ride to town or to use the beach chairs. We did paid for the beach...More

Nice place to visit Trying to get out of the cruise port was crazy. It is a maze and they don’t want you to leave. But when you find your way out it is very easy to get to Mahahual beach. Just walk through the...More
