We picked this tour as a last minute add on to our vacation. The hotel booked it for us and I'm so glad they did!!! We had Justina as our tour guide. She was wonderful! We went to a Cenote near Akumal and it was spectacular! The cenote was remote and our group were the only ones there. Amazing formations... More

From the moment our guide, Ana, stepped out of the tour van my husband and I knew it was going to be an excellent experience. She was friendly and knowledgeable about both the the turtles and the cenotes. She was also very concerned with the welfare of not only the swimmers but also the wildlife. It was very refreshing to... More

My boyfriend and I were staying at an all inclusive resort and thought it would be fun to get a little time away from the hotel. I was set on seeing sea turtles and was really excited when our resort gave Blue Caribe as an option. We were told that the tour would be about 4 hours and we would... More

We went on a pre-booked trip (via Thomson). The half day (7.45am-1pm) included visiting 2 cenotes, these were both stunning!! I've never snorkelled before and was quite wary initially, our guide Ricardo was very helpful, explaining everything we did and throwing in a chunk of history with it. Apart from the invasion of biting ants inside the first cenote I... More

Would definitely recommend this tour! We saw lots of turtles and the beach was beautiful with mild waves. Our tour guide Gustov was very knowledgable and informative.

Great trip!!! We saw turtles, barracuda, stingray, squid, trumpet fish and loads more. The cenote was not commercialised and very peaceful. Cedric our guide was very knowledgeable and knew many languages.

The tour guide -- Tare Mai -- is the most knowledgeable, patient guide i've seen. His information is relevant, contextualized, interesting, understandable; he is generous with his time and his energy, and he clearly loves his work, and his world.

Our tour guide, JK, was wonderful. We didn't have any sole Spanish speaking guests, but there were some Germans that he was able to communicate to. We started with the Cenotes. JK was very knowledgeable and explained a lot of the history of formation and such. We've swam in Cenotes previously, but the ones that we went to this time... More

We chose to attend the Underwater World excursion to snorkel in the areas famous cenotes and swim with the sea turtles. This was recommended to us from our a BD travel representative at the hotel. By booking through BD travel, we received a commentary shirt. Since we were at an all-inclusive resort, we liked this one because it was only... More

The shuttle picked us up at our resort and off we went to swim with the turtles. On our drive there our guide Sam was awesome! He was very informative and told us exactly what to expect. First we went to swim with the turtles. After we were done you get a bottle of water and a little snack. Then... More
