Awesome tour from the atv ride, swimming in a cenote and playing with monkeys. All the guides and staff were super helpful and attentive to anything you needed. A great half day experience to get away from the hotel and explore some of what Mexico has to offer!

Our kids wanted to do an ATV ride but we had a challenge finding one that wasn’t a part of a tour that we didn’t want. We found this company on TripAdvisor and called in the morning at 9 when we saw they had an opening for the ATV Jungle Adventure that same afternoon. They even picked us up at the hotel (Hard Rock Riviera Maya) with no extra charge and were right on time. The van was clean and the facilities were well kept. It was my husband and two of our boys age 13 and 16. Everyone had a really good time. They decided just to wear their swimsuits and that worked out well. They said the ATV ride was a lot of fun. One of my kids loves the ATV and one said their favorite part was the cenote which we weren’t expecting. They really enjoyed that part. The animals at the end were quite fun. My sons got to hold a small boa constrictor and two macaw. They also saw a lot of other interesting creatures that we don’t see in the states. My husband said the tour guide was friendly and funny. He felt safe. So two thumbs up! Note: All the pictures and video for our Family was $60 extra. There was no pressure to by the pictures. He said the picture cost went for the animals. When you go to pay online for the tour there is an extra charge for insurance.

We were picked up and dropped off to our hotel on time. The atv ride was so fun. But the swim in the cenote was the most amazing thing I have ever seen. Absolutely beautiful. Then afterwards we went to the sanctuary for a tour and fed monkeys. It was a really good day, well worth the money and the 2 guides were awesome.

Great experience. They pick you up from your hotel/resort and bring you to the destination. You'll go on an ATV to a cenote where you'll have some time to take pictures and swim around. Then you'll ATV back to the sanctuary where you'll have a light snack and get a tour of the animals. At the end you'll get to go into a cage with your group where you'll get to have a monkey sit on you while you pet it. Cons: You'll get to pet a monkey in a cage where they don't let you bring cameras or phones. The tour guide does bring a camera to take photos of you, but then you have to pay $50 USD to get the photos. Additionally, to get the ATV, they make you put down a $20 USD deposit which is complicated to get back. So you pretty much need to add $70 USD to the ticket price.

Atv with Sagrado was truly a fun experience. From Them picking us up from hotel on time to our atv guides the experience was exceptional and professional. We went with a group of 8 and everyone raved about the fun time on the dirt roads. Be prepared to get dirty (face scarf and goggles unless you want dirt In your mouth and in your eyes) and wear your swimsuit for the cenote. I gave it only 4 stars because the time in the cenote was a little short, only about 30 mins. And they try to sell you the pictures at the end for a ridiculous price $20usd for one picture that is emailed to you (it’s not even printed). Otherwise the cost of the experience was well worth it.
