We have been lucky enough to visit many religious statues. There is nothing notable about this location, but it doesn't disappoint. If you go at night it is a great city view.

Please check out El Cristo while in Torreon. The view of the city is great and the church associated with El Cristo is just beautiful. A must do while in Torreon

Once you drive through the city and through the lower income neighborhoods you get to the top. There is a few places to walk into and then a view of all Torreon. Really not much to look at and there are better things to do with free time

This isna nice place to spend a couple of hours sightseeing the city from above. Its cheap about 5 dollars the entrance. Uour need to be in a car or a taxi because the stairs are to many and in a dangerous neighborhood

This is a statue of Christ the Savior. It isn't as big as the one in Rio but it is big. What makes a difference are the buildings surrounding it. It wasn't easy to get to when we visited and hopefully this has changed. Whn in Torreon, it is Worth a visit.

I had a colleague take me here. You get a nice view of the city and it's a pretty drive. There's a little chapel there, they were getting it ready for the Easter Services the next week.

I'd personally say, day sighting of this landmark is mandatory, but definitely not the best one. At night, you can hear through the speakers (located in various places in the spot) gregorian-ish music, the wind starts and all the lights (the ones from the city and the ones from the chapels) give the place a very magic and insightful atmosphere....
