I had a fantastic time with Felipe at Teotihuacán. It was a group bike tour with another traveler. First we spent time walking around the pyramid site and learned about the history of the pyramids and the people who lived in this area. It was clear Felipe had deep knowledge about the area and the history and he was genuinely enthusiastic about the topic. Afterwards we rode around the local area on bikes and visited different cultural sites (chocolate maker, crafts) and we visited a local cave. We all had great conversations with it was really nice learning about his life and Mexican culture. Additionally, everyone was careful about wearing masks on the tour and took COVID precautions seriously. I'd 100% recommend this experience to anyone who goes to Mexico City. Gracias Felipe!

I really enjoyed this day trip. Luis, the tour guide, was great - extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks to him I learned a lot about the history of the city and its inhabitants. The tour included a bike ride which allowed us to cover a lot of ground around the city. Even got to stop at a local pulqueria to try some pulque. Also a big thanks to Angela, the driver, who was also very friendly.

Eduardo picked us up from out Airbnb and drove us to the office. From there, we toured the pyramids on foot. Our guide was super helpful and knowledgeable. After touring the pyramids, we biked around the outside of the park on a beautiful path. We stopped for a snack, and then we stopped again for drinks and to see how local obsidian crafts are made. It was a great day- it was definitely better to have someone with local knowledge to explain everything than to just look at the site without any info.

A great experience. Started early in the morning when a driver (very convenient) picked me up from my Airbnb in the Condesa neighbourhood. There was just one other person in the group. Our guide Miguel was very passionate and knowledgeable about the Teotihuacán society and ruins. After viewing the pyramids we took a bike ride around the town, stopping at other ruins and then for a snack. We also stopped at a local obsidian carving studio where we tasted local liquor. Then we ended the day with a late buffet lunch before driving back to the city.

I cannot rave enough about this day trip! From the pick up, to the welcome, to the information and communication during the tour - everything was wonderful. Miguel, our tour guide, spoke perfect English and was extremely well informed. Such a lovely man who invited us into his home to share some drinks and a lima from his personal tree! The pyramids themselves were spectacular and absolutely worth the trip. I opted for the walking tour and there was a lot of walking! (Wear trainers if you’re coming, and comfortable clothing!) There was ample time at the top of both pyramids (Sun and Moon) along with some super interesting information about their neighbourhoods, their Gods and how they worshipped. I learnt a lot, had a great group of people with which to spend the day and will always remember my time here. Thank you Miguel!!
