Our third time with this tour company! They run a smooth operation- very well organized and executed . Spent 30 + minutes one on one with the Ballenas!! Forgot my camera so no pictures

Went to see Grey whales with these guys today. Fantastic. Good orientation. Very professional crew. Nice lunch. Got to see a number of whales very close up, in fact actually got to pet a couple. Excellent experience. Highly recommended.

The boats are small so the baby whales can come up to the boat to be petted. A unique experience especially for nature lovers.

We took a private tour with this company. We had small children (one and two year olds) with us and even though they are used to our adventures we were a bit nervous about the boat ride. The boat captains were amazing and gave us extra rain coats to protect our kids and were careful with the waves. We got to see 5 whales. The boat captain was very respectful with the animals and let the animals come to us. We got to touch a whale and her calf and see other whales around us. One of the best experiences I have had in my life. Can’t wait to visit Guerrero Negro again and contact Laguna Tours again!

I was down for three days and did 3 tours. Laguna was one of them. I was with them on April 7th..so the end of the season. Pros: -They took the path out along the shore. The sand dunes are really beautiful and the water wasn't so rocky. -It was really windy and the water was rough. The captain did a great job of navigating the waves. -The driver didn't chase the whales if they were not interested in interacting. -Gave us rain coats Cons: -We only saw a few whales and no close encounters. That was disappointing but not their fault. -The captain didn't say anything the whole time. Not in Spanish or English. -Driver of van/Tour guide was not friendly. He was both the driver and the tour guide. He didn't say anything while driving. They also didn't stop at the salt mines to take pictures like the other tours and didn't explain about the town/mine. -Lunch. Fake cheese on white bread. They all have the same sandwich. Overall: This would not be my first choice. The guides could have been much more interactive and friendly.
