Basilica of Sainte Anne de Beaupre is just a 30 minute drive from Quebec City. When the bus turns in to Av.Royale, you already can see the two high towers of the Basilica that draws you to go closer to find out more about that place. In front of the basilica is a beauiful well mantained garden and fountain. From... More

It was so stunning to see and the price for two people including parking is only four dollars. Many places in the church to see and pray. The souvenir shop was so reasonable as well. Not only that you may ask the priest to give you a blessing. It is just so breath taking that it sends shivers up your... More

Beautiful cathedral, with amazing architecture. Loved the acoustics. Watched a man in obvious physical distress at the st. Anne statue. Very moving. Not too busy. Some construction underway but did not cause any problems with our visit. A must see location.

I can attest that St Anne's is memorable. When I was a teenager I had the opportunity to visit St Anne's. That was 60 years ago and when I saw the stations of the cross and especially the "sacred stairs" again last month - an experience!

This is one of the most beautiful churches I have ever seen. Not only breathtaking in it's architecture but has a peaceful presence within it's walls. Just inspiring. Memorable experience.

Sainte Anne is one of the most inspiring shrines in the world. Many people have claimed to be cured and their crutches, braces and etc. are hanging on display. There are also relics as well as a museum and many chapels to tour. Leave extra time for THE WAY OF THE CROSS which are statue displays of the Passion of... More

This is one beautiful basilica out in the countryside! Apparently townsfolk rescued sailors in a sinking ship, and the captain said he'd build a church for the community if he survived. It's incredibly beautiful artistry. Apparently it was rebuilt after a fire in the last century. We were able to see it on the Countryside bus tour.

From the moment you step inside the beautiful locally crafted copper doors, you are sure to be in awe of what you are about to see. A wall of crutches on each side of the aisle represents all the miracles that are said to have taken place here. There is an exact replica of Michelangelo's Pieta and countless paintings, mosaics,...
