If you plan to tour some of the local wineries in Prince Edward County, Karlo Estates is one not to be missed. The ambience is quite different from any other winery we visited. The tasting rooms are housed in a rustic 19th century post-and-beam barn...More

Basically an old barn, but has been seriously renovated, creating a number of different tasting rooms. This spot offers light food pairings with your tasting, complimenting your selected wines. There is more variety to taste here than a few of the smaller vineyards, and the...More

This vineyard is in Wellington area, close to all b& bs. Friendly and knowlegable staff. Try the fortified wines, they are great.

Always love coming to Karlo winery although the woman who served us this time was a little unusual. Nevertheless, sipping wine in an old loyalist barn is a unique experience and their fortified red wine spectacular. They interact well with children too.
