If you are travelling through Prince Edward County, Karlo Estates is worth a stop! We brought home five bottles after our tasting.

When arrived they did not have anything for me , the lady took us which was very nice. Wjen asked about food was told had nothing restuarant was closed . Asked about doing a tasting was told they weren't doing that either. Was a bit disappointed but we still had a nice time and great entertainment

Loved the grounds, the cosy speakeasy, and great selection of wines. Our sommelier was the best - right amount of wine knowledge and interesting conversation !

Lovely little winery - friendly staff, tasty snacks.

Lovely little winery. Tasty wines, creatively named (one for the sweet friendly cat who wanders around). Vegan charcuterie was really tasty (and I'm not a vegan!). Despite being short-staffed due to covid - the team that was there was very friendly and accommodating, despite having to juggle many visitors. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Best Tastes

The best! Simply thank you Lara, amazing! Great wine, great personalities (Lara & Edu!) Really need to consider making this available via the LCBO because I can't spend 4 hours on the 401 as much as I love it.

Best wines in the county and a lovely setting worth the trip
Aug 2021 • Couples
This was the highlight of our trip. The wines are truly exceptional and comparable to the world's best. We loved the 3 witches and the triumvirate and the patio rosé is beautiful. Combine that with the friendliest and knowledgeable staff and you are guaranteed a memorable stay.

Fun-loving AND vegan!
Aug 2021
Having never met a vegan cheese that I liked, I was willing to try again, since this award-winning winery happened to have some on offer. Not only was the natural wine lovely, but the "cheese" was remarkably similar to "cheese" - plus there was live music from a talented local fellow. All in a fun casual outdoor atmosphere. What a great evening.

Decent wine and a beautiful, rustic setting
Sep 2020
Karlo is a very short drive from Wellington making an easy spot to visit. The tasting room and store is located in a large, rustic barn and plenty of tables and covered areas are placed on the surrounding lawn allowing for respectful COVID tasting! You can do a tasting by flight or just go for one ounce pours at $4 each. The estate grown Pinot Noir was my favourite.

Beautiful Rustic Spot Great Wine Selection
Nov 2020
We went to Karlo on a wine tour. I loved this beautiful rustic barn. It was welcoming and had a nice casual vibe. The wines were amazing too. I loved the Rose and the Three Witches White was good as well. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They also had live music which was amazing as well!
