A relaxing time

Small but very knowledgable sports store....helpful staff...lots of items for a small place...have articles for all four seasons, top end products or lower priced items as well.

Great to have this store right on the Main Street in town. They will deliver a kayak/canoe to your preferred location. We opted to pick up a canoe ourselves, and paddled part of the Saugeen river. Wonderful time! My only wish was that we could rent fora full 24 hours as opposed to 9-5:30. An evening paddle would have been... More

We booked a 2 hour kayak trip (solo) down the Saugeen River. It is not for the new or inexperienced. The shuttle driver left us with 2 kayaks, one with a seat that had to be put together. Thankfully there was a young man who was able to assist. There was no assistance taking the kayak in and out of... More

If you want to canoe down the Saugeen, but you don't have a canoe this is the place in Southampton. They will arrange the whole trip for you. There is a good supply of geaar for sale in the shop too.

Super place for all outdoor activity supplies and equipment. Very knowledgeable, will not steer you wrong. They also do canoe, kayak excursions or will drop off at any water point and pick you up at the other end.

I rented a canoe and shuttle for a three day (2 night) trip down the Saugeen. It was pretty relaxing, the Saugeen is pretty lazy this time of year, (August) but there are enough little swifts to keep from falling asleep. No complaints about the service, they where on time and everything went as expected.

Great boats, Great People, Very Flexible and friendly, Great clear water. Good pricing. There is a 5 Dollar fee for the Harbour Master plus on the price which is communicated properly but not worse the work of the Harbour Master.

Organized a pickup of two kayaks for two days on the phone. A few days later when we picked up at 11am I was surprised when they said it had to be back the next day by 5:30pm. Apparently that is how they calculate their days and were unwilling for me to drop off the kayaks first thing in the... More

This is a great store! The owners and staff have a very thorough knowledge base and are very willing to help! They have a lot of stuff packed into this tiny shop, but there's something for everyone! I was recently in Toronto and was able to price compare with similar type shops. Prices are very comparable and often better. If... More

Yes it was all good with the canoe rental and shuttle, but watch out when you get home and see your credit card has been billed almost double the agreed price. It was never mentioned to me when I booked it that there could be a "late fee". I was told when booking I could return the canoe to the... More
