Lots of rocks and tree roots. I would suggest hiking boots. There are lots of beautiful views to see so make sure you have your camera with you. We saw people rock climbing.

Decided to spend some time hiking not too far from my Canadian home. Great hike. Crawford Lake is nearby and definitely worth visiting as well. There is also beautiful reconstituted Iroquois longhouses (the Natives lived near the lake between 1300-1600 AD). Fantastic visit.
