Kids loved the board walk. Water is much warmer here then the other side of the island. Loved looking for sea treasures and walking along the beach.

This area of Cape Breton really is beautiful. Excellent views, lovely board/beach walk, the Celtic Rail for Trails easily accessible for country walking or cycling, great open ocean, spellbinding country coastal road. Definitely worth seeing and staying to experience.

The beach is beautiful and accompanied by dunes and a sweet boardwalk. We took long walks in the overnight stay we had in the area.
