We had been hearing about this market from a lot of people in new Brunswick. They were all telling us that we had to go for a drive and check this market out. We decided to stop when we were on our way back from Halifax and we're really glad we stopped. This is like the best market ever. We... More

This is a destination which serves a great number of travelers in summer. So much so that as quick as they are in getting your order prepared, on most days expect line-ups at the solitary order window and up to a half hour or so wait. Is the wait worth it? For sure. The fish and chips are super. The... More

Masstown never fails to amaze me. Everything you need under one roof. Need a gift, fresh produce, baking , or a bottle of wine... it's all there. Or do you need some fresh seafood for supper... check out the light house. Hey even if you don't feel like cooking you can pick something up either at the deli or on... More

We stop here every time we travel. The seafood chowder is always amazing and never disappoints. The bakery is wonderful and the shops are full of fun and interesting things. There's lots of room to exercise car weary dogs and kids and kennels so you won't be tempted to leave your dog in the car. Great place. Don't drive by... More

Great donuts and bread! Busy spot to just wonder about a person really needs to know what you are there for and has to get in and out quickly.

Have stopped there for many years and it's a great place to stop but when one thinks of a market they usually think FRESH! For the past few years I have stopped there and purchased some bake goods only to get home and realize they were both without flavour and rather stale. But they always look so good when you... More

This is a great place to shop for fruits and vegetables and local prepared items and some crafts. The market, to its credit, tries to carry fresh local products which means that, in season, you will always have access to very fresh fruits and produce. A good place to walk off some of the delicious fish served at the restaurant... More

I wish I could rate this differently because we were there for such a short time and there was SO much going on...tons of shoppers, people with ice cream cones, children... you name it! ... all moving in different directions... I guess that there really is something for everyone... we just didn't have time to explore...

This market has everything!! I just loved it. If they don`t have it, you don`t need it. Nice gift shop too.

The actual market is well stocked with tons of fresh produce and most things you would need. Standard issue grocery items. The gift shop is pretty substantial. The restaurant is meh. They were supposed to have fantastic lobster rolls but they were pre-packaged, refrigerated crap. The fried fish was delicious, but the chips were absolute RUBBISH. The fish tacos were... More
