The hike down to the lighthouse is a bit of a hike but well worth the view. There is a restaurant where you can eat and even some accommodations. The red cliffs to the right are just stunning to see. The other amazing part about this visit is getting to hear the roar of the Dory rips as the tide... More

Beautiful views, very windy so being a sweater. Also, fairly steep, but short hill. Very doable walk even for people out of shape. Breathtaking views.

The cuisine was fantastic. The people were wonderful hosts. The weather was cooperative. Was beautiful watching the surf pound the rocks surrounding the cape.

Stumbled across this place while exploring Nova Scotia and was blown away. Great place to visit to be alone with your thoughts and take in the view of the bay. It takes a couple of hours worth of driving to reach from Moncton, but it's absolutely worth it.

Probably one of the prettiest look offs in Nova Scotia. Fantastic area and wonderful spot for not only a lighthouse but a bed and breakfast. Definitely worth the trip.

Great views from the parking lot, but the trail it is a fairly steep, rough 0.2 mile hike down and back. Not a problem for young folks, but not recommended for us geezers.

A steep hike down to a breathtaking seaside clifftop. Could be challenging to those with difficulty walking but if that's not you, go!

The walk down and return would be considerate moderate. The distance is short but steep. Always enjoy a visit to look across to the other shore and see the rugged cliffs.
