Well worth taking in a play while you are in the area. Might want to buy your tickets a day in advance. We bought the last two at 9 in the morning. Tickets are quite reasonable at about 30 dollars each and if you buy two different shows St the same time, there is a 5 dollar discount. Great location... More

Great evening! Great Deal! Great People! You get a true experience of Newfoundland! Newfie meal (Roast Beef Dinner/Cod Au Gratin) and Entertainment (Music/Culture). Rising Tide Theatre folks are friendly, fun and have outstanding talent! It can be a fun night with family or friends!

No need to go only for the famous pageant. We saw Noblemans Wedding and Harry Hibbs, both were wonderful! Comfortable seats, good view from everywhere. Small microphone issue on opening night but no one missed a beat. Great stories with great talents.

If you are staying a few days in Trinity, or the area, this is certainly a nice way to spend an evening. They offer different shows each night and the performers were very talented with all the content being inspired by local traditions. As another reviewer mentioned, the dinner portion sizes are a bit in the small side but our... More

Our experience at rising tide theatre was disappointing. The dinner was cold and serving size small. It seemed like they were trying to stretch it to make do. We did mention to show director and her response was we were the first to complain. I don't think so!!!

We had reserved our tickets for the Dinner theatre in advance and when we picked them up they informed us of the Live Pagent for that afternoon. After some deliberation we decided to give it a try and we were not sorry. It was truly amazing. The actors are so talented and such wonderful singers. They took us on a... More

If you plan to visit Newfoundland a wonderful place to see is the quaint village of Trinity. Every building in this picturesqe place tells a story. But the best story told is by the actors from the Rising Tide Theatre. We took in the walking pageant, a 2 hour story that takes you through the town and into some of... More

It must be 20 years since I saw the Pageant in trinity but this time I took my two teenage daughters and we all really enjoyed it. It is both a history lesson and good bit of fun. It is a must see when you are in the area.

It was a 2 hour historical story of the Trinity starting back from 1500 to 1870(or so). It was a series of vignettes all outside moving all around town. If you are in town definitely do this. It was well down and it gave the history of the town.

The performers are second to none. We saw the Trinity pageant which took us through the town. Felt like we were reliving history especially the scene in the magnificent church.
