Have been to SunPeaks twice now and really enjoy it. I really like the small village feel as compared to Whistler which is a lot bigger and jammed full of tourists. The only thing lacking at SunPeaks is the shopping really sucks, besides that I really enjoy it. The annual Retro Concert series that they had was awesome. Will definitely... More

Sun Peaks is our new favorite Family ski destination! It’s nearly a 5 hour drive from Vancouver but well worth it. We stayed over Easter long weekend at one of the many ski-in/out townhomes in the area. It’s not a Whistler with the huge range of restaurants, shops and attractions but it has everything we wanted in a family ski... More

Sun Peaks is a beautiful little hidden gem in BC. Lovely hotels (some need updating but still quaint) There is everything you need in one small area, great hills, spa and some shopping. Definitely worth trying any time of year!

Our first trip to Sun Peaks and loved everything about it. Did some hiking at the top of the mountain and enjoyed the views and abundant wild flowers. Well into our hike down the mountain the thunder, lightning and rain started. As it turned to hail, we were met by Tate of the Sun Peaks Resort driving up the hill.... More

Saw 3 bands on the Saturday. Barracuda the Heart band; the Rolling Stones; and Aerosmith bands. Fabulous day in the mountains. Next year think we will look into a room for the night. Great Time!

Paid for rentals and a lift ticket, went to grab helmet from the car, came back and they rented all the bikes out knowing that I was coming back. Was not impressed with the organization, knowledge or service from the bike rental shop. Management has always been terrible, Thompson Rivers University has better quality candidates from the tourism program. Stop... More

We booked three nights in the resort this summer as our son was competing in the BC Cup. What an incredible little place. It had a peaceful European vibe through out the village. There is so much to do. Plenty of paved walking paths, mountain hiking, biking, eating, shopping, and exploring. The views from the top of the chair lift... More
