Rented from this place a few weeks ago while taking a houseboat out with 8 other friends. Like anyone I was excited to hit the lake and really wanted a sea-doo to take along for the weekend. This is the first place on the channel I saw so I quickly picked up the phone to call and order a sea-doo. I was charged $60 to have it delivered to my boat which took some time because I was told they couldn't find me. (3 hours) Never did they call to tell me or ask if we had floated out of the spot we were in I had to continue to call them and check were my ride was. I also ordered a tube to tow behind the sea-doo and was give a tow line to hook it behind the houseboat for free. When they arrived to the houseboat they had no life jackets, no tube, and no tow line. I was told not to worry they would return with it (2 hours) later I got the tube. I was told I would be getting a sea-doo however they brought me a wave runner which sprays water out the back therefor making it not really possible to tow the tube because the riders on the tube are constantly getting hit in the face from the spray. Therefor the 8 other people on the boat had no interest in using the tube.(why I wanted a sea-doo). The next morning I took the ride back into Moe's to see what they could do for me and was shocked that the young staff there had to keep calling someone to ask prices and questions. Long story short the only option was the most expensive sea-doo they had of course. After asking for a discount to help me out and get back on the water with something I could enjoy with friends I was of course told nah there is nothing we can do. I began to leave and was shocked by the last response from one of there staff members as I pulled away "maybe you should tell the girls to just wear goggles". So unprofessional. Upon returning the wave runner I was charged for damage which I will admit could of happened while I had it however the wave runner had a ripped seat, and tons and tons of marks on it so it was really no place for me to argue I paid the $200 and left. Once I returned to my house boat I realized that I left my sneakers in the front of the wave runner. I had just bought them a few days before and never wore them. I know 100% they were there because a bout 5 mins before bringing it back I had a friend hand them to me from the house boat incase I had to do some walking to return to the house boat. Of Couse was told they weren't there and that they would be more then happy to let me look. I called a few times to ask if they found them but of course they never. I guess the moral of this review is don't get to excited like me and book with the first company you see on the lake after renting your house boat or just don't book with Moe's. I also used the lace from my sneakers to tie the wave-runner to the dock moments before to get cigarettes from a store before returning my wave runner at a public dock so be lied to and told they didn't have them is sad.

We rented a ski boat from this outfit and the staff were incredibly nice, courteous and knowledgeable. My only complaint is some of the equipment needs to be maintained better and their selection of rental accessories needs to be way bigger. Unfortunately, the kids got a crappy tube (all they had left) which the kids didn't want to ride after one try. It scared them. Because of that, I decided to return the boat early since the kids we too afraid to swim (the fish....I know). For me, it was a major waste of money. For someone else it could have been a blast.
