So what’s the best golf course you’ve ever played? For many people, after they complete the epic journey at Greywolf, they’ve got a brand new favourite. Located in a spectacular alpine setting at Panorama Mountain Village, Greywolf is a course that just wins people over, time and time again. Recognized by Golf Digest as one of the Top-100 Courses in the World Outside of the United States, Greywolf is about as impressive as mountain golf gets.Designed by talented Canadian architect Doug Carrick, who has built many of Canada’s best courses in the past decade, Greywolf features several holes that will be seared in your memory bank for a long time. The dynamite collection of par-3s, capped by the diabolical Cliffhanger hole, is, unquestionably, one of the best in the world. With beautifully sculpted bentgrass fairways and hair-raising elevation changes, your round at Greywolf is going to be one for the ages.

Very nice course right in the mountains. Well maintained and a good test of golf. Weather can change quickly so be prepared. Some of the greenside bunkers were quite short of sand, apparently the recent rains had washed it all away. No water or cart girl on course so be prepared

If you care at all about the visual beauty of a golf course, don't miss out on this one!! This is my favorite golf course I have ever played. The course is set right on the mountain which gives some of the best views in golf. The course is always in great shape. The course can play tough if you... More

Back in June we made a trip to Greywolf with our high school golf team, and the experience far exceeded our expectations. Justin did everything he could to accommodate us. Thanks again for all you did. The course it self was in great shape and was only going to get better with better weather. The way the course is layed... More

Had the pleasure of playing Greywolf on Monday July 4th, 2016. When I originally booked online it said the Green Fee was $119 for the day. After checking in at the Pro Shop we were charged the Weekend rate of $139. Apparently the Head Pro at Greywolf considers the 4th of July a Canadian Holiday. However, their superintendent would disagree... More

Thanks for creating a profile and writing your very first review Robin. For clarification the green fee was always $139 + tax on Monday July 4th, every long weekend, the above rate applies Friday - Monday including the upcoming Civic and Labour day weekends if you care to check. PGA professionals are welcome to play at Greywolf and are often... More

What a track! Breathtaking views on all 18. Course was in ideal condition. Courses are all flat where I am so getting to play this up and down beauty is a treat for any avid golfer. Family met up with us afterwards for cold beer and appetizers. Delicious food and great service. I took advantage of the Canada Red &... More

Greywolf ROCKS! I make no bones about the fact that it is my favourite course in Canada. Have i golfed all the courses in Canada...NO, but of the ones I have I enjoy this one the most. 1) it's tough. Greywolf is a true test of golf. It's long, but rewards you if you hit it straight 2) it's green.... More

Thank you hybridfuels for the fantastic detailed review, every department from Golf services, Starter/Marshal, Cliffhanger restaurant and Turf have worked hard this year to provide the best product we can. The golf course and layout speak for itself, Doug Carrick the course architect is a genius and worked the natural landscape beautifully. Thanks again for the kind words, we look... More

Awesome! Loved the course and the views are great! First time here and would love to give it a 5 star but the Marshall ruined the experience. He wasn't friendly to my group or the group behind us. We were 6-14 handicappers and are not slow by any means. We saw him 7 times in 9 holes and was pushing... More

The course was in excellent condition and well worth the money to play. Unfortunately the weather sucked and had to cancel our second 18 that day and head to Invermere and find somewhere else to play. I've wanted to play Greywold for years and it was well worth the wait. Very challenging, picturesque course in excellent condition. One thing is... More

Thank you for your review Jesse R, we are certainly proud of the golf course this year and think we are providing a product to our guests worthy of the accolade of best public golf course in BC! We do enforce our 4 1/2 hour pace quite strictly compared to some other facilities and think that is why our guests... More

My wife and I played Greywolf for the first time today. Beautiful course, wonderful design and immaculate condition. We are playing again tomorrow. Our round took four and a half hours as a two ball but we can't complain because there were four balls in front of us and it gave us time to admire the scenery. I've read the... More
