Our favourite winery along the Naramata Bench, by far (and we stopped at a few!). It was recommended to us by Upper Bench winery. The lady working at Marichel in the tasting room that day was amazing (blonde lady, born in England). Can't recommend this place enough.

This little vineyard produces great syrah & viognier. It has a small tasting room featuring some lovely local art and the owner is very friendly and welcoming.

A bit off the path but it is a must to stop at. The owner and wine guide are super nice. The wine is very good and well the view make you just want to sit back sip and relax. A great winery to visit.

Well, this is confusing. It’s Marichel, not Marechal. I don’t know where the name derives from, but it’s not related to the varietal. Marichel doesn’t even harvest Marechal Foch; their specialty is Syrah. It makes me wonder where the name came from. If the winemaker is named
