We literally parked between rows of fruit trees, then walked a short distance to sample some unique fruit-based wines. You have the option of tasting out on a patio, or in along a bar area. The wines are surprisingly complex and not too sweet or cloying.

Great location, easy parking, fun staff. We took advantage of buy 12 get one free. Off to go drink a bottle with my 90 year old auntie who made fruit wines all her life. Been here before and love the black currant, and apricot wines. We also took advantage of the fresh cherries which they washed for us

After 5 years, we visited the Elephant Island Orchard Winery again. It has only gotten better. Better in finding it, better in choice of wines. I was surprised to find that the wine tasting was free. No pressure whatsoever. That was such a treat! I bought more from this winery than any of the others, as it was so low... More

Elephant island Orchard Wines has a unique approach to wine tasting. We were seated at a little table on the patio overlooking the orchard, and the fruit wines were served at the table by a well informed staff person who told us about the wines.

We got here and it was very busy. There was a line up that formed behind us. But the woman pouring for us was spot on. She knew how to keep an audience and we never felt left out. Props to her!! The winery is interesting for sure. All different wines made from fruits which is a nice change when... More

Went touring around the wineries with a couple locals and their visiting friends. One of the locals was adamant that we stop at Elephant Island for its unique fruit based wines. I am sooooo glad we did! It was a refreshing change from all the deep reds and sweet whites we experienced along the way at other wineries. Each wine... More

You have to drive a ways along the Naramata Bench but the drive is worth it. A scenic drive and excellent wine is waiting. They have the absolute BEST crabapple wine. I am a red wine lover but their white wine suited my fancy and we bought an equal number of white and red wines.

We were really impressed with this place. We had a great time tasting the wines there and we were very impressed at the quality and the taste of them. The tasting was great and I liked the information they gave about the wines while they were serving it. The wines were also very reasonably priced and they were not asking... More

Favourite winery in Naramata - this place does fruit wines excellently. The drive up to the winery is beautiful as you go through groves of cherry and apple trees. The tasting room is very nice and spacious, and one can also enjoy her tasting out on the patio. The fruit wines are incredible - not too sweet and very fruity.... More

This winery has my heart. It's one winery that I keep coming back to, year after year. There is something about it that makes you feel like you are in a fairy tale. Possibly because of the cuter than cute winery store or the idyllic tasting courtyard. After a day of standing around at various winery counters, it's nice to... More
