I will start with a positive, we love lake breeze meritage wine... well we do love all of their wines but the meritage is our fav. I tried numerous times to book a tasting on line and couldn’t book one. ( that’s fine ) then we were going to have lunch ( 4 of us) but I guess we couldn’t .. ( I get it covid no problem) So we thought let’s just stop by and pick up some meritage ( a case) I brought another couple as we were in the area and I have to admit I was embarrassed!!! The staff were totally cold and made us feel like we were not welcome? I just asked nicely if they had time for our friends to taste and I’m really not too sure if they even cared to answer. I mentioned we were in the area for 5 days could they fit us in ? They were not organized enough to even help us with that .. Then my husband asked if we could grab a case of wine and that was uncomfortable as well 🙄🤷‍♀️. ... ( we are business people.. maybe dressed like we r on vacation ? But we were on vacation ) We waited uncomfortably for our case of wine .. ( I said to my husband let’s Just go !! ) we did grab a case but luckily There are tons of wineries around here that we can grabbed more cases . I truly have a bad taste in my mouth now and wrecked my love for their wine :( I’m pretty sure my friends would of grabbed a case and we possibly could of grabbed more as that’s why we were there. So that’s ok we found other great wineries out there and they certainly made us feel 100% welcome. Not too sure what happened at Lake Breeze. Booo!!

We have always enjoyed Lake Breeze wines. During our trip to the Okanagan we tried making a reservation for wine tasting but they were fully booked. We decided to see if we could just walk up and ask for a wine tasting. The hostess checked and we were told that if we could wait 15 minutes they could accommodate us. The service was superb. I can’t remember the name of our server – sorry. It might have been Catherine. She was effervescent, had a great personality but at the same time was very knowledgeable. Of all the wineries that we toured Lake Breeze is one of the best at dealing with the pandemic. When we were shown our wine barrel outside for our wine tasting the wine had already been poured, there was a sheet on the table with a description of the wines available for tasting and on the other side of the sheet was a price list and order form for ordering the wines. Our server stood back from our table but she spoke loudly and clearly and provided great information. I hope I got her name correct. She is terrific. At the end of the tasting I mentioned 1 of their wines that I really liked but it wasn’t of the tasting menu. She promptly said she thought there might be a bottle available at the bar and she offered to give me a sample if it was available. Shortly after she returned with the bottle and poured me a sample. We’ve always enjoyed Lake Breeze wines and find their prices to be very reasonable for the quality of their wines. Our wine tasting experience was one of the best of the trip. Thank you Lake Breeze

Beautiful property and the food I saw on tables looked delicious. We just went for the wine tasting. Because of COVID they have you outside at makeshift tables. Felt a little rushed but that’s mostly because they can only accommodate small groups at a time and need to get people through quickly. Not much of a lake view but the buildings are gorgeous and the landscaping is meticulous. Wine was delicious and we bought several bottles.

Cottage style tasting room. Basic selection of wines and basic information / explanation. Better wines at the patio restaurant. Go straight to the restaurant for lunch (or early dinner perhaps) - see review.
