We did a three day bike trip through Tyax last September and let me say how incredible of an experience it was. Our guide Austin was incredible as a rider and a guide. We had some inclement weather which made for an adventure for sure but our last day was sunny, warm and blue skies which allowed for one of... More

Our group of 10 chartered a pair of planes to drop us at Lorna Lake for a day trip. The pilot Chris was great and the trails back over Lorna and Deer Pass were absolutely breathtaking. Really hope to have an opportunity to do something like this again next year. Thanks Tyax Adventures!

This was first class all the way. Great float plane pilot, incredible camp, perfect camp host made us feel so at home and prepared amazing food. This is deep wilderness and Tyax Adventures makes it easy and possible to get to. Stunning!

We had an amazing time!!! All of your staff were incredible. Especially Jamie at bear paw offering us tea at our lunch stop on the first day and some shelter from the rain and Pierre at spruce camp. He was the best host I have ever experienced and his cooking was phenomenal! His fish dish for dinner was better than... More

Our trip begins at the Tyax Wilderness Resort and Spa. From Whistler it's either a short 2 1/2 hour drive over the Hurley Pass or a 5 hour drive via Lillooet. Your choice, either a shaker or a puker. Either way the views are awesome. Pat, Paul, Jeff and I met with Austin, our guide for the day, for an... More

We came by floatplane from Whistler for a 4 day mountain bike adventure in the South Chilcotin. It was a full on adventure -- epic views, epic single track, challenging days. The camp site were very comfortable. We took a full supported guided trip. The guide (John G) was great, and we were glad we had him. This is remote... More

Amazing trip, start with the seaplane, and then a 40 km singletrail back to the resort. A once in a lifetime experience.

I had the pleasure of staying at Tyax lodge and enjoying several days of mountain biking on the trail recently. Starting with the float plane delivery to Lorna Lake and through the second day where we finished back at Tyaughton Lake, the service provided my Dale and his team is first class. From the accommodations, campsite meals, and the knowledgeable... More

We spent a fair bit on the glacier landing (actually lake landing with on-foot exploration of the glacial moraine). It was worth it! Such a new perspective on the mountains. Absolutely gorgeous.

Tyax flew a group of us out to Lorna Lake. Was the highlight of a 2 week trip last year that included helicopters, lots of skidding around BC`s best biking spots and a whole mess of craft beers. Was such a belter of a trip in the float plane, that we`re coming back for more again this year. And I... More
