Lots of great buildings. Amazing architecture. Some were disassembled, shipped here and reassembled. Well worth the stop.

A very nice park in the center of town. Begin at the visitor's center where volunteers will answer your questions about Scandinavian Park. It's a small stroll around the park, but we were there for about an hour touring the exhibits. You can bring a...More

This was a wonderful stop to stretch our legs while learning. Still cant believe it used to be a dump. The volunteers were very friendly and informative. We were amazed by the craftsmanship and carvings

Right in the center of town, this is a great place to visit and spend an afternoon. A lot to see and learn about in this little oasis in the city. It’s a park so pack a picnic and enjoy.

We made the mistake of going to the park on a Sunday morning. Nothing was open, not even the visitor centre. But we made the best of a beautiful morning by walking around, reading the signage and taking photos. Visiting the park is enlightening as...More

I'd heard about this place for so long, that somehow I was surprised to find it so small. Entrance is free, and you can see buildings from all of the different Scandinavian countries, with some historical description, and there is a pleasant gift shop as...More

Pretty park. Unfortunately the Center and info building is closed on the weekends! That is ridiculous! The park itself is small but well maintained. There are picnic tables under a covered shelter. The park is pet friendly.
