Nice small zoo

Small, well maintained zoo. Easy to see it all in an afternoon. They have a new red panda who was nice enough to come out and give us a show!

it really is a fun "zoo" compact and a delight with young children. The little train ride was fun and feeding the giraffe was a highlight

This zoo was completely destroyed in the flood of 2011. I didn't think it would ever be the same but the zoo personnel and city of Minot rebuilt it to where it is better than ever. Absolutely a must see while visiting Minot. Be sure to check out the penguins, absolutely hilarious!

Friday morning we visited the zoo as it was going to be a hot day out so we decided to come in the morning as a lot of the animals would be in the shelter to get out of the heat in the afternoon. We enjoyed the visit as all the animals were out and about. Nice to see giraffes... More

I enjoyed coming here with the family but the issue i had was the fact the animal areas was way too small and felt the animals was bunched up with now room to move.

Love this little zoo! It's very clean and well-kept. There is not a big variety of animals but the ones they do have are awesome. We especially enjoyed watching the Bears. We also got to watch them feed the Penguins. The first time we went this season it was still too cold for the monkeys to be out in their... More

The zoo was amazing there is so much to do for all ages. You can feed and pet the animals in the petting zoo. They have many animals including red pandas which I haven't seen anywhere else. I would highly recommend to go to the zoo.

Small, cramped conditions for some of the animals with no shade or entertainment. They were miserable and you could tell. I love to visit zoos and aquariums and I thought this zoo was gross.

We loved this zoo, enough exotic animals to keep everyone engaged! Small enough to spend a few hours with our toddler. Lions, Tigers, Bears, Penguins, Giraffes, Monkeys etc. You can feed the Giraffes for $5US on certain days and times.

Because we had the ND Park membership, this park was free to us. The landscaping in this park is the best I have seen. There were many 'tropical plants' throughout the zoo along with an herb garden. Wonder where they kept all this plants in wintry weather. Most animals had good homes, and all had a placard with info on... More
