Before you enjoy your holiday, I'd recommend giving this spa a go. From start to finish they looked after us, we went for the full works which was only around £50-£60. A sauna, exfoliation, Turkish bath and an oil massage. Me and my girlfriend were falling asleep we were that relaxed. Orlan thank you for the experience and next time we're at Bulgaria we will definitely be visiting again!!!

Honestly one of the best spa’s I’ve been to! Such relaxed good vibes! Ive been to some spa’s where massages etc have felt uncomfortable and they’ve just been in a rush to get you out and the next person in- however here that was not the case! We had complimentary tea and water with our gold package; the ladies who work there were always smiling and so friendly. The manager Orhan was lovely he set up mine and my friends shisha for us and provided us with drinks; it was exactly what we needed for a amazing and chilled start to our holiday after a 3.5 hour flight of kids kicking the back of our chairs 😂 Could not recommend this spa enough! They give honest opinions and actually make an effort to have conversations with you! We were given a few good local recommendations of places to try. The spa is spotless and cleaned constantly- the pool was so calming; they have 3 separate Turkish bathing rooms so you aren’t in with strangers whilst you are having your bath/massage. A must for locals and holiday makers in my opinion.

Had a lovely time! Very friendly manger we booked the Turkish bath the next day. Had a brilliant lady who did my pedicure ( Natasha) amazing women, took her time doing my pedicure my feet felt so soft and amazing after. Very kind offered us tea. Natasha also did my Turkish bath she did an amazing job if anyone goes ask for her she is very gentle. Gold package is very good that is what I had it’s worth it! Amazing job very relaxed place. It’s a bit hard to find very hidden away. I would definitely go again

This is the second time we have visited the Erma Spa. Last time was 6 years ago when we were last in Sunny Beach. My wife and I decided to choose the Romantic Package on our first full day here and costs 180 лв each and which was the most amazing and relaxing 2 hours and 20 minutes you could think of from the scrub and foam wash right through to the massage and face mask. Everyone there is incredibly friendly and can’t do enough for you. It was the perfect start to our holiday and If your thinking of having a Turkish Bath when in Sunny Beach, you have to go to the Erma Spa, you will not be disappointed and it definitely deserves its #1 position.

Had an AWESOME time here. Chose the Silver package (£28), and we got sauna time, body scrub, rose oil foam massage, and facial, along with wind down with a tea. It was absolutely worth every penny, and felt so relaxed after 😄 I would advise anyone to go and have a spa time here

Came here on the first full day of a week holiday to truly relax and also prep skin for sunbathing (with factor 30/50 of course), as part of a group of 5. Had a great time - we all enjoyed exfoliation and foam massage, followed by Turkish tea and coffee and then an oil massage. Massage was so relaxing I fell asleep. Must have needed it! Came away with beautifully soft skin and super chilled - which was needed after a long commute the day before to travel to Bulgaria (around 14 hours of travelling). Professional conduct by all staff and truly worth the money. A real jewel in Sunny Beach.

Fantastic experience. Very tranquil and calm. Every staff member attentive and kind. We came for a 30th birthday celebration and got the gold package which is 120 lev for 100 minutes, Turkish bath, facial and oil massage. Everything was superb. Even offered us sparkling wine, strawberries and Shisha afterwards to celebrate. Beautiful and relaxing all around. So glad we chose to come to Erma spa.

I am astounded this spa has been rated one of the best places in Sunny Beach. This has been the most basic and rundown Turkish bath spa I have experienced. We got the gold package which is the equivalent to £70 per person and was not worth the money. My massage was more a lady rubbing oil in to my body and had no technique to it at all. My advice is save your money and book else where as it’s most definitely not worth a visit.

We booked the Romatic Package for 2 couples and it was just the most amazing and relaxed experience. From the minute we booked we were made feel like we were the only customers that mattered. The treatments were out of this world. The icing on the cake was being treated to the most delicious fresh fruit platter and champagne. Highly recommended and will certainly be back 😁

A friend recommended this & we booked the gold package for the three of us ! What an amazing experience !!!! Do not let the entrance in influence you it’s amazing !! So it went like this - Shower , sauna , then we all lay on this huge heated marble type slab ( a few giggles here ) then three ladies came in and swooshed lovely warm water all over us , then gave us the best all over body scrubs ! Then more swooshing !! Then this foam massage which was unreal ! More swooshing ! Then we stood up the wall ( more giggles ) as the swooshed is all over to remove the foam ! Then we were led to the pool area & relaxed on loungers with a wonderful face mask & hot tea ! At this point we were very relaxed & all marvelling at the wonderful experience ! But there was more ! After removing mask we went into massage room ! Lovely relaxing g music playing ( although the music outside was quite loud ideally should be quieter ) but didn’t spoil it , I would have fell asleep I think else ! The massage was amazing ! Do not expect any conversation ! I was quite released about that as I wanted to relax ! Brilliant to get your skin ready for your holiday tan !!! It felt incredible afterwards !
