Pretty little area around a small lake. There were a couple of boats out (small ones) and a paddleboat. A woman and a young man were fishing from a fishing dock and had been catching bluegills this morning. A great blue heron flew in and stood on a rock on the shoreline for a spell. Certainly not a major attraction. However if you want to be possibly alone, bring a canoe, throw in a fishing line, you may enjoy the quite solitude. No designated swimming area, no shelters but people do pitch tents or primative camping. A Canadian goose or family in the spring can also be expected.
