Great little museum dedicated to the railroad in Mandan, North Dakota. Lots of trains, tidbits of information and great picnic area. Nice for kids to learn about (and play on) the real thing. Well worth the trip and just off the interstate.

It has railroad hand tools, uniforms, maps, signs, photos, timetables and cases of small railroad items, such as hand telegraph kits and model hopper cars. It has a model railroad layout, and a tiny outdoor railroad... More
