Tickets are usually difficult to get due to the popularity of this sport in Grand Forks. I've enjoyed going to many events at the "Ralph" over the years. It never gets tiresome to watch the excitement and the food vendors are great!

So I like hockey but really don't care about UND or its hockey team. But I'm in town visiting a friend who lives here and she really wanted to go so we did. And it turns out it is worth the $7. Our tour ended up taking 2 hours even though most literature says it is an hour. Our guide... More

No doubt this Palace is a must see for anyone passing through Grand Forks, ND. This $104,000,000+ facility opened in 2002 thanks to the generosity of the Engelstad Family. You will be in aw with your first step into the Ralph, from the granite floors, to the 50 luxury suites, & my favorite 2-enormous club rooms on both ends of... More

I visited the Ralph for the first time and was amazed at the quality of the building and staff while attending my grandson's wedding. It is a great tribute to the UND hockey team past and present. The staff did a great job preparing the meal and serving over 100 guests. The food was excellent and the atmosphere amazing. Hats... More

All my dad could talk about was touring The Engelstad so was not excited, but I have to say it's impressive! Can't say I've been at any university facility that's as incredibly built! Hockey and hockey players are treated as god here. Every seat in the arena is leather with cup holders with $8 million worth of flooring marble. It... More

There isn't a better facility in North America to watch a hockey game, and the concert acoustics are excellent as well.

Looking for something out of the ordinary to do while in Grand Forks ? Call the Ralph to inquire about tour times. We had a behind the scenes tour, very interesting. It is more than just looking an arena. A lot of facts and interesting tidbits about The Ralph, UND Hockey and events. It is way more than just a... More

We were at the arena in a lobby area for a wedding reception. The facility is beautiful with the marble floors and architecture. The food was good and the reception went without any problems. It was temperature cool in there since it is an ice arena, so I was glad to have my sweater. There were all ages there including... More
