I have been working toward completing an endurance event each of the 50 states. This year I found the Fargo Mini Marathon. Loved the start and finish from the Civic Center, perfect for those cool Fargo mornings in October! The race was run great and the course very nice through parks. Just wish I hadn't missed the foliage.

A fun evening - the 5K is the night before the marathon and it's very well attended. We walked the whole thing in about an hour. It was easy to follow the correct 'path' and it was a fun event.

A family member has run the half marathon two years in a row and it has been fun for all of us to watch! His young children are able to play on the bouncy houses while he is out running so we are able to see him take off and finish. Great atmosphere and great fun!

I spent the day of the marathon moving from mile marker to mile marker as the wingman for my 49 yo daughter running her first marathon. I have never had a better experience at any event. The organization of the marathon overall is superb. People working or volunteering were without exception helpful and cheerful. Runners of all ages, shapes, and... More

Ran the half marathon and I loved the course. It has a lot of turns and not many straightaways. It is a mostly flat course and there is a lot of support from citizens throughout the entire course. It is very well run and it is very nice to start and finish in the Fargo dome.

We have run the 5K, the half and the full marathon in Fargo. Very well organized event and love finishing in the Dome. If you run the 5K and want a good time, then you have to start at the front of the pack. So many people run this race that you will walk to begin until there is space... More

One of the most organized events I have ever participated in and that includes major conventions, races, corporate retreats, and entertainment venues. First class all the way as everyone associated with the race is friendly helpful and very supportive

Mark and Suzy Knutson have built this event to over 20 thousand runners each year. The Fargo platform has contestants coming from nearly every state. Fargo being mostly flat levels the racing field for beginners to world class champions. The festive Atmosphere with bands, parties, food, medical stations make this Fargo weekend three day event with the 5k, 10k and... More
