i recently had my first massage session with Andrea, and it was great. It was unlike any other massage I've had - lots of communication, and cooperation between us. I didn't leave the session feeling like I was bruised and battered, but felt like I was refreshed, and energized. I went in thinking it would be painful. I heard that she may walk on my back - so I was somewhat nervous about that. She did, in fact, walk on my back and hips for a bit but it was not painful in the least. I felt like I had had the best warmup or stretch I have ever had. Following the massage I tried floating for the first time. This experience was also not what I had expected. The water was warm, but not hot. I was able to completely relax all of my muscles. I expected to have difficulty floating, but it was easy. My sixty minute session flew by, and I left feeling like I had the best power nap ever. I will definitely be going back, and cannot recommend One Massage and Andrea enough!

Amazing. I wouldn't go anywhere else. She actually took the time to ask me what I wanted. I learned a great deal about relaxation and pain relief that I didn't know. I would highly recommend her.

I looked for a non surgical solution to my sciatica. I have tried acupuncture, chiropractics and physical therapy, all with no luck. I then found Andrea @ one massage and after my first visit , all of my lower back and leg pain are gone and has not returned and that was about 45 days ago !
