Gideon’s Brewing Co. is a locally, veteran owned and operated craft beer and hard seltzer bar located in the heart of Downtown Bismarck, North Dakota. We brew a limitless variety of small batch ales and hard seltzers. Our ruggedly quaint taproom offers an engaging and inclusive atmosphere where friends can connect, and strangers become friends.

We stumbled on this place when trying to find downtown Bismarck. It’s not the biggest brewery around, but the coziness adds to the appeal. Sparkling server was enjoyable to talk to. Wide selection of choices, Coast to Coast was a delicious Double Hazy IPA. Small seating area out front, no food, though you can get a pizza next door.
