Part of the ND Heritage Center

We spent a lot of time in this area and enjoyed learning the history of the midwest, along with some visitors from long ago.

This museum was not only incredibly interesting and fun but also free. One of the best things in Bismarck. My boys were 1 and 3 when we were here and they had a blast as did my husband and I!

The civic center puts on some great events. We always have a good time when we attend. I do wish they would have more kids activities though.

This venue is fine for a circus, sport shows, craft sales, and etc. However not for any good concert entertainers, it's too small. No parking, and just in an odd part of the town. Understandable why no big name entertainers will ever perform here. The city commissioners should listen to the public when they were against building on to this... More

Went there visiting a friend of mine from Texas, the building was huge and looks like there are some areas still under construction but they did pretty good in organizing the event.

We went to a concert there and were sitting in the 205 area. First of all I'm afraid of heights, but thought it would be just fine until I saw there was NO RAIL to hold on to to get to our row!!!! Then after practically crawling up there our shoes kept sticking to the nasty floor. ALL STAIRS SHOULD... More

Had tickets to a concert here. Was told that my purse was too big and I would have to leave it in the car. Other women were being permitted to enter with their smaller purses. I carry medication, phone for emergencies, health insurance card, tampons, etc. and was not allowed in all because I was carrying a larger purse. This... More

This is a huge place and was quite useful for the convention. However they did run out of water and it wasn't replaced until the next day. When we were unloading, only a few carts were available to use and one was broken. The staff was very helpful when needed though and did everything they could to make our convention... More

Saw concert here, nice venue, good sound, excellent show. Not too big, usual friendly crowd at a metal show. Would attend another show at this venue in a heartbeat.

Since the new addition this building is spectacular. Very large and can accommodate many people for very large events.
