I stopped in here with my dad and brothers. It was fun to look at, but we didn't feel like it was worth paying to go behind the curtain.

Stopped on the way to Myrtle Beach for a break. Museum is not real large, but it has a lot of great older memorabilia. I thought it was especially interesting that they had a large display dedicated to Zach Reynolds who was an outcast sort of, of the Reynolds family, but became independently wealthy on his own. Zach was also an amateur radio operator (HAM) and they had his Toronado on display with the large ham radio set in the front seat. There is also a large display of his motorcycles. There are also a log of pictures on the walls and several older stock cars from famous racers. Admission is not too terrible and it is probably badly needed to keep up the museum. It was not very busy the day we visited.

The Winston Cup Museum experience will never be forgotten. Take your time on
your visit an experience the past day's of Winston Cup Racing. In my humble opinion. .the best era of Nascar. Even the walls tell a story of days gone by. A great tribute to racing.

If you know anything about NASCAR racing, you have to visit this place. The way racing has evolved since the days of Winston Cup racing is amazing. Mini skirts, crowded pits, standing room only......WOW how it's all changed. The cars make you wonder how they ever raced at the speeds and element of danger and competition that they did in those glory days. It's a self guided tour with NO time frame. Pay one price and stay a while or stay for the day. Just don't miss it! Winston Cup history.

It is a nice place to go. Fun and learning for all ages. The employees are nice. And it is clean. The sign is large and easy to see. From a distance

Posted hours on website and on doors indicated it would open at 10:00 am. We were there on Friday at 10 am. Place not open. Waited until 10:15 am. No one ever showed up, never opened. No notice on door or any information to indicate a change or reason.
If it's that inefficient in keeping hours of operation, it makes me wonder if it's worth the effort to visit. Won't try again. To many good racing museums around to waste my time on this one.

This is a Nascar type car museum of course. It is small but nicely done. There are lots of interesting photographs on the walls that have been enlarged for your viewing. I think there must be 18 to 20 cars. I think if you were interested in auto racing you will enjoy this place. They have a couple of racing video games inside that are fun and no charge. There's been a lot of road construction in the area recently so my car GPS had problems finding it. I finally resorted to Google Maps on my phone and found it. I spent an hour there and enjoyed myself.
