So many stores…so much to do….my wife and I really enjoy the many shops here. You can spend all day here so allot plenty of time to shop. My wife loved the Belks for super deals.

The area know as Mayfaire has shops, apartments, condos and lovely houses. I'll stick to the shopping for the purposes of review. It's the "high end" of shopping in Wilmington, at least as high end as Wilmington gets. Belk is the big store, but locals prefer the Belk at the older mall on Oleander at Independence. Everything else is a chain store....Barnes & Noble, Williams Sonoma, Talbot's and JJill, Chico's, (those last three are nicely clustered) Ann Taylor, etc. Locally owned stores are across the street in The Forum. It's not all clothing; Michael's is here and Ulta, and there is a fitness center near the multiplex.
Mayfaire has a big movie theater, and several restaurants, from Fox and Hound to Tokyo 101, to the usual coffee/sandwich shops. The parking lots are adequately large. Walking from store to store can be daunting in rain or our hot humid summer weather. I wished they'd at least have included awnings in the design.
Mayfaire is convenient to Wrightsville Beach and the north/east areas of Wilmington. Expansion continues, with more stores scheduled for later this year.

This is the place to shop in Wilmington. A real outdoor mall that has added shops and restaurants in the past few years. It's missing the big mall stores such as Nordstrom - it does have a Pottery Barn and many other stores. Better yet, the beach is right down Eastwood Avenue. Visiting Wilmington - want to shop - this is the best it gets.

A variety of shops, restaurants, and a movie theater. Parking is easy along the street where you find the different shops. There are well known named restaurants leading into the shopping area too. Nice place to stroll after dinner. Unfortunately if it is raining, you will get wet shopping this outdoor 'mall'.

My wife and I have visited the Mayfaire Town Center many times over the years and always seem to go back.
There are so many stores and restaurants that you you really never get tired or bored with the selection and choices there . There are restaurants like Fox & Hound, Tokyo 101, Melting Pot, Red Robin, Longhorne , Panera, Atlanta Bread Company, Ruby Tuesday, Positalia, On The Border and more.....Something different every time you visit.
There is also a great theater, Regal Cinema 16 and many shops including Barnes & Noble, World Market, Michaels, Victoria's Secret, Pier 1, Pottery Barn, Rack Room Shoes, Dick's Sporting Goods, and more.
It is really a nice shopping center to walk from store to store, especially when the weather is nice.
We would both recommend Mayfaire to anyone who visits or just moved to Wilmington.....

Our family enjoyed walking around and checking out all of the shops. Our daughter especially loved the Candy store! I feel most of the places are for women and they need more stores for family or men, but overall it was good!

Love to shop at Mayfaire. There is a store for every and anybody. The atmosphere is very pleasant. After a day of shopping there are several wonderful places to eat. Then you can catch a movie and the Mayfaire Cinema. A great place to spend the whole day.

I love shopping here because of the variety of stores. I prefer shopping here rather than the mall. I've never had a problem with parking and the area is well kept.

Very nice variety of shops. The higher end stores were great. Really liked that the this reminded me of a small town shopping experience that you would have in the good old days!

Great "village" style shopping center. All the top brand stores, nothing truly unique. Send hubby to the movies at the multi-screen theater or the sports bar Fox & Hound, and shop till you drop. Plenty of places for a quick lunch.
