This is a great park with numerous facilities. There is a large recreation center (now closed because of Covid) numerous trails, a historic area. Restrooms, an amphitheatre and much more.

Walking trails are paced and have useful exercise equipment along them. There is a children's playground as well. Park is well maintained and clean. This is the star of the Wake Forest Park system.

My wife and I have been to Joyner Park as well as with family. it's in a quiet location where you can walk on the long path through the wooded area and circle back for about an hour long walk through the wooded trees enjoying nature, there are benches which you can relax on and a couple of swings for the kids to enjoy, overall a very pleasant experience for a quiet afternoon.

I love the facts that trails were marked to indicate what wild life one can witness. It's great for power walker like myself, or family with kids, or dog walkers, hikers, etc.

I love this quaint little park. We love it so much, my daughter is getting married here in May. They only charge $15 per hour with a 100$ deposit to keep the area clean which is refundable.

This park has a long paved trail. It is great for walking, scooters, or roller blading. And 3 older houses (like cabins) that are extremely popular for photographers. There also is a pecan grove, and a covered eating area. A few bench swings are scattered throughout the park. It sometimes has free concerts offered. It does not have a good playground.

I have attended multiple events at Joyner Park and it has always been relaxing and we have had a good time. Held our daughter's birthday party one year, reserved the gazebo, were able to setup a volleyball net, etc. Really versatile outdoor space.

Great park to get fall pictures taken in by professional photographer. Beautiful leaves and cool old barns. Pick out a color them that goes with fall.

Great park with miles of paved walking trails as well as space to put down a blanket and relax. Many events are held by the town including music and movies. Town kept some of the original buildings that you can go in as well as use as a backdrop for pictures. Bathroom facilities on premises as well as doggie bags of you want to bring them with you. Beautiful park and location.

Joyner Park has long winding trails for anyone who would like a paved track to walk or run. There are multiple options for trails, and they're all nice and paved for bikes or skates. There are doggy bag posts for pet owners and dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. There is no playground that I saw but PLENTY of room to roam and large open fields as well as cool little houses with historical meaning! This park is beautiful and has plenty of options for families to do photo shoots with local photographers. I actually had my bridal portraits done here and they turned out absolutely stunning! The only downside is that the parking can be tight if there are events and that the restrooms are only close to the entrance so if you needed to go while halfway down a trail you'd have to go all the way back to get to a restroom.

Joyner park is a great place for a family picnic. We love to take our dog for a leisurely walk. Our church group goes here four or five times a year and a touch football game usually develops.
