About
We are a micro-brewery operating in a 100 year old wheatstore in the picturesque village of Greenock in the Western Barossa Valley. We produce only 2000 liters at a time of quality artisan beer using the German Purity Law of 1516. Only the four main ingredients of beer making are used - yeast, malt, hops and water. There are no additives or preservatives in our beer.We offer country hospitality.

Really enjoyed a quick unplanned stop in. The beers are very good and the host Chris is a real friendly host. We had a tour of the brewery and the local - its a small family business. Stop in and have a look.

We saw a sign pointing to a brewery so thought we would swing in and have a look. Had done a lot of wine tasting and wanted something different.
We had a beer tasting which was very reasonable at $12 per paddle. Then we picked one to drink in the sun outside.
The owners are lovely even with the Dad jokes. I won’t spoil it, go and visit to experience for yourself. Ask for the heaviest beer

I always like to visit the smaller breweries when I visit new places and this one does not disappoint!
I got a mixed pack of their beers to sample and loved them.
Do yourself a favour if you visit the Barossa and drop in to this little gem of a place for a treat!

What a wonderful afternoon tasting Chris & Lisa’s brew. Their beers are very nice. Lovely atmosphere in the stone cottage court yard. Chris takes you on the tour of his micro brewery which is very interesting. Certainly would recommend a visit and remember your dog is welcome.

Just across from the Kalleske cellar door is this micro brewery and thought we would give it a whirl as it was 42C and we needed a real cold drink
Avoided the tour as the brewery in an old flour building was roasting but enjoyed some fabulous beers
Folk raved over Little Creatures when it first appeared but this husband and wife team have crafted something in a different league........simply a wonderful set of flavours and beautifully balanced
clearly there is a craft quality going on in this small town but its an amazing find
They deserve to be successful as its quite stunning quality

Went here but it was closed - however as we walked around from the entrance the roller door was up and a guy there asked could he help. We were hoping to sit down for a beer, so he welcomed us in (he was working). We had a personal tour and stayed an hour and learned so much about the area and it's history. You must go here. The beer is great, place is friendly and welcoming and you can cook your own bbq!!

Called in to the Greenock Brewery and was greeted by the very friendly staff and a few locals. I sampled three of their beers and although the Dark Ale was very nice, the Pale Ale was outstanding. One of the best I've tasted and very much better than PAs from other craft brewers. Two six packs will be shared with friends once we get back home. Keep up the good work at Greenock. Ask to see their heavy and light beers.

The beers were excellent! It was a 40°c day and their air con and pale were a saving grace! Friendly and welcoming staff and visiting locals offered advice on dining and places to visit. If the locals drop in for a beer it must be good!

Stopped here whilst on a weekend in the Barossa.
A very pleasant little brewery, in a beautiful historic building. The owner was happy to give a bit of a tour and a talk of the history of the area and the brewing process.
Only 3 beers on offer, but all were very nice.
Just a pity I was driving and couldn't stay/drink more.
Highly recommend.
