Penola has a large range of winery cellar doors to visit. Some are national names others are lesser known. Patricks may fit into the latter but it makes up for in hospitality, comfort and the wines on offer to taste. Nice place to drop into....More

We visited with a view to taste their riesling and cabernet wines. Tasted both styles including their 2012 aged riesling but in the end we left with their Applelation Cider that is excellent.

Great wines. Shiraz is very mild. Cab sav is better. Good Riesling. No pressure to buy (but I did!). This is s must visit winery. Do it!

Friendly, personal service in a relaxed, casual atmosphere, good selection. Some good value pricing, as well.

Oh my God, grab a bottle or 10 of this!! Amazing Cabernet. One of those wines where you grab a glass, lock the doors, turn the lights off and throw your phone outside... not for sharing! Heaven in a bottle.

Cellar door a bit more fancy! I didn’t really like anything in particular enough to buy but hubby bought a red and some apple cider for our daughter! The beetroot relish and shortbread got my money rather then the wine! Lady was friendly but not...More

We loved this winery. Full of character including the staff. The wines sensational and little nibbles to cleanse the palate which are all avaialble for sale. We walked away with some lovely tomato relish and wines.

We've visited Patrick on a variety of occasions as we are consistently impressed. Their budget wines leave a little to be desired but do offset their more prestigious wines well- these are delicious, particularly the Pinot Noir and their three Cab Savs which can be...More
