This sculpture park is located on the slope of the hill just under the lookout. The same carpark services the lookout and the sculpture park.

There were approximately 20 stone sculptures spread over the side of the hill requiring you to walk downhill from the car park and back up again to observe them at close range. Some I considered to be very weird and very unusual and others were kind of recognisable.

Interesting and gave a respite from wine tasting but not what I would consider to be a must see.

Below the lookout there is an open space with a number of stone sculptures. There is a variety of shapes here, but I must say the display would have been far more interesting if there had been some explanations. What was the artist trying to say? What was the name of this sculpture? Who was the artist? A little disappointing overall.

Located below the lookout are a series of sculptures by local and international artists. Take a stroll along the trail to view the various creations, some made of marble, others, granite. Most are the result of an International Sculpture Symposium held on Mengler's Hill in 2008. Apparently it's contemporary art, I recognised the carving of the eagle's (?) head and the lady lying on the rock. What do these or any of the other sculptures represent?. It would help to have an inscribed plaque before each that gives the sculptor's name and sculpture title. I don't understand simplistic abstract pieces or what they symbolise. Perhaps I lack imagination!!

Drive up to the high point to the view as well as the sculptures. Amazing works and the children there seemed to love running around them and playing.

An interesting collection of sculptures with a stunning view across the Barossa Valley. Most are large sculptures with a mix of stone and some quirky interpretations of concepts and ideas. Worth a visit for the experience and the views.

A great “shortcut” from Tanunda to Angaston takes you up over Mengler’s Hill.

We took a few minutes to stop at the sculpture park at the top, which affords great views over the Barossa Valley.

Interesting sculptures and some weird looking lizards too. The lizards were like blue tongue lizards but black and yellow. Worth the short drive enroute to your next vineyard

Sculpture park is interesting but I was more impressed with the great views across the Barossa Valley to the distant hills.

You can pull up and stay in the car if it’s too cold to hop out. You can sit along the little brick wall and have a great look out and take some photos.

Interesting sculptures and great views. Park could do with a bit of an update. Be aware that it is quite steep and hilly in some spots if you wish to wander around the park
