I did the full day LARC tour it was a good way to see around Agnes and 1770 if you only have one day. It was very informative with lots of facts about the area, wildlife, history, stories and the light house but it did get abit boring and tedious to but maybe because I couldn't really hear what the... Had a great time on the sunset tour in the LARC. We learnt about the local birdlife living amongst the sand dunes and in the water, and at the same time were kept amused by our genial guide. Splashing through the shallows, bumping across the sand and churning through the water was all great fun and after coming ashore we... More

We had a great family day out on the LARC. Really different experience in such a vehicle crossing over creeks and then 4wd up the beach. Travelling to Bustard Head lighthouse was great to see and being able to go inside and climb to the top and go outside and see the view back towards 1770 was spectacular. They put... More

We went on the sunset tour today and it was excellent. Blake was our tour guide and he had a good yarn to tell and was very knowledgeable of the area. Beware though, dont sit on the right hand side though unless you are prepared to get wet, thankfully our 5 year old loved it.

A trip on the iconic Larc is a must-do when visiting 1770/Agnes Water. This amphibious vehicle takes you through large creek estuaries and along 27kms of pristine beaches. The young guide was quick to spot interesting birds, dolphins and a sea snake which was returned to the water. Staff are very pleasant, morning tea and lunch provided; the highlight is... More

Did the full day tour and thoroughly enjoyed it. Was FREEZING heading up the beach in the morning (rug up in Winter!) but thawed out when we arrived at our morning tea spot. Drive up the hill to the lighthouse was spectacular with red dirt road, wattle in bloom, blue skies and sea and estuaries stretched out below us. History... More
