Lots to do at Queens Park for a variety of age groups. Great park to picnic/bbq etc. Excellent food at the cafe with airy verandahs. Enjoyable zoo for a gold coin entry. The Japanese gardens are lovely to stroll through. Highly recommended.

We often go to Queens Park either by ourselves, with family or visitors. The park itself is spacious, generally has adequate parking. The cafe offers a reasonable selection that can be a bit variable inequality. The little zoo is always interesting

Beautiful Japanese gardens, a nature reserve (zoo) with wheelchair friendly boardwalk, cafe, lookout and open spaces for gatherings. All well maintained and all for free. It’s a must see in Ipswich.
