Delicious food with great service
Oct 2020 • Family
We were lucky enough to have been able to book a Sunday breakfast at Bunnyconnellen. The menu was fantastic, we had the Afghani eggs, XO Prawn Omelette with Fried Tofu and heavenly mushrooms with poached egg and bacon on sourdough. All the dishes were full of well balanced flavours and the kids enjoyed sampling the different dishes. Complements to the chef. The staff were very friendly and attentive - service was pretty much faultless. The combination of great food and great service made for a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The gift shop had an eclectic mix of clothes, homewares and jewellery by Australian artisans. A wonderful day trip. We will definitely be back.

Amazing find

Arrived 1430hrs, Sunday afternoon and had a very delicious meal - no problems to the owners and staff member at all.
Wine and olive tasting very enjoyable
Purchased a dozen wine and some olives.
Great little shop, purchased beeswax covers, very much into caring for the environment.
Wonderful setting. We will return.

Hidden gem
Apr 2019 • Friends
We went for a short drive ex Crows nest after visiting the gift shop opposite Emmeraude restaurant at Hampton and at the suggestion of the lovely Kate.
The gift shop and Bunnyconnellen are associated,
If venturing to Bunnycollen enter Swain Road off the Haden Crows Nest road, as coming the longer way down Swain road is best for 4 wheel drives or higher clearance vehicles,

On our arrival we were blown away by the lovely old farm shed venue and adjoining shop (also in an adjoining shed), set in spectacular rolling farmland. The immediate setting was very comfortable, The four of us did not sample the limited food offer but seeing what was presented we felt it looked very good. We did however sample the limited range of branded wines. Have to say the unwooded Chardonnay was very pleasant.

The shop markets a quirky range of homemaker personal items

In all a very relaxing and pleasant time enhanced by the wonderful and informed assistance of the staff.

Absolutely beautiful
Nov 2018 • Couples
My husband and I came for a drive out here for something different to do. We were most pleased when we found the place and we were greeted by a nice older man who took us in and showed us around. We were left with an absolutely lovely young man who went through the wine tasting with us. He made us feel very at home and accommodated for us. We sat outside and enjoyed the view whilst enjoying a plate of cheese, crackers and olives. Would definitely return! We felt as though we were in another world.
