Went to this beach. Life guards are brilliant and make you feel very safe. The beach is very clean and the waves for surfing and body boarding are awesome. Definitely a great beach to easily spend the day

Clean and beautiful location, sandy beach with rock pools and great surf. Near lovely village of Croyde. You can see Lundy island on a clear day.

This place is one of a kind, quaint little town and amazing views of the ocean. Friendly locals and fresh air, if you want to get away from city life

Such a lovely clean beach set in a beautiful location. Numerous rock pools also add some variety for a day at the beach for little crab hunters. Would definitely return to Croyde Bay if we are holidaying in the area in the future.

Croyde is a Blue Flag family friendly holiday destination. Fantastic surf and golden sand. This is a lovely unspoilt destination surrounded by national trust headland. Ideal for Surfing, walking and ice cream slurping. 10/10

There are so many beautiful beaches in Devon and Cornwall but this would definitely rank among the best all round beach with decent waves , safe swimming, nice sand , some facilities but not too much tourist tat . Good for families
