Situated on the North Coast of Devon, this bay has top marks. Lovely expanse of beach with coastal walks climbing each side so that you can admire the view. It was the beginning of April when we were there so the main season hadn't started...More

Gorgeous place to walk along or play some games, not too crowded and great waves for surfing. We stayed on the site nearby and had a fab weekend

Although a short drive Croyde is one of the busiest surf spots that I've ever visited. Although good for the community and local businesses this is not good for surfers who are surrounded by surf schools and swimmers. I myself have damaged boards from inexperienced...More

What a great place Croyde is, plenty of places to eat, but the highlight has to be the fantastic beach! Would imagine it's packed in the Summer, not so in November lol.

We really enjoyed the cute village of Croyde. It has a selection of pubs, cafes, Post Office, gift shops, etc. You won't need long to see it all but it's a lovely place to wander around.

It's bad enough out of season, I would first ask who you're renting from. Then I would try the local tourist information as I know they do weekly passes, then you can park at any car park your permit allows when you out and... More
