We have just returned from Lloret de Mar. We walked along the costal path at the end of the beach towards Platja de Fenals. After about 7 mins walking we came across Cala Banys cocktail bar amongst a magnificent tree lined rocky bay. We returned there for 5 of the next 6 days, staying many, many hours. The view is stunningly beautiful. However, what made it for us was the music. If you LOVE and LIVE for music like us, and enjoy a mix of blues, jazz, soul, country and other genres while drinking a cold beer or cocktail, served by Joel, then you have to go. The owner's knowledge of music is phenomenal, his archive, extensive. The vibe is captivating. If you are serious about listening to relaxing music, I can not recommend Cala Banys highly enough. It made our holiday. Thank you, Thank you.

Discovered this bar online and couldn’t wait to visit... and was not disappointed! Stunning views and an extensive drinks/cocktail menu at fairly reasonable prices. Take cash as they don’t take card!

What a beautiful place! We stumbled across this bar while walking along the coast. We were a bit surprised at the price of the drinks (over 10 euros for two tiny orange juices), but the view was so spectacular we had to go back. A lovely, relaxing place to sit by the sea in the shade and one of the most beautiful places I have ever been for a drink - the photographs do not do it justice!

The location is beautiful, but there is certainly a lack of information on the site. On their web page, in fact, it is only indicated that payment by card is not accepted and neither are children; of course, however, it is not indicated at what age limit a person is considered a "child", in fact, only once they have arrived there we discovered that "children" under 16 after 10pm are not allowed. the waiter, after seating us and bringing us the menu, asked the ages of my children, one of whom was 14 years old. So in the end we had to leave. We would have avoided going if the information on the site had been clearer.

Last night after dinner my husband and I decided to spend the rest of the evening in this bar, attracted by the splendid location. We take a seat in front of a beautiful view of the sea, we want to order but the waiter confirms that only cash payments are accepted, stating that the POS signal does not reach there. Absurd. We have been to a thousand coves and beaches all over the world and even in the most isolated ones we paid by debit or credit card. Even on airplanes you pay with cards! The fact that in 2023 a tourist bar is not equipped for POS payment is absurd!!! Never again

Very nice and quiet place but prices have risen considerably since my last time two years ago.
Simple and very ordinary cocktails for 16€-18€, I find it exorbitant... not even in the Dry Martini in Barcelona have those prices, they are around 12€ and is a cocktail Expert site with more than 40 years with the same business.
Apart from the staff attention was discreet, rough and unpleasant.
And finally they do not accept payment by card; incredible!!!!... in the year 2024 after a pandemic they do not accept them. I will buy bread or newspaper and pay by card an amount of 1-3€, and a cocktail of 16€, nowadays on this site, do not accept cards, to flip!!!.
I do not recommend it at all because there are many other beautiful places in the area, for a drink overlooking the sea.

We have been customers for years, and this has been a real disappointment (rising consumer prices) and we are not talking about €2 or €3 for the same consumption, but €8 for a sangria de cava, which has gone from €24 to €32.
For us it was one of the best on the Costa Brava, with abundant fresh fruit such as strawberries, lemon and orange. Last night the fruit was almost non-existent with some piece of past fruit and the combination that put the sangria also non-existent. With which, we ended up paying 32€ for a mediocre cava and returned home with a bad taste in our mouths because I tell you that we have been customers for many years. Sorry to put this very negative review on a site that has always been a landmark in Lloret for a good evening, but the quality has plummeted disappointing everyone who was consuming the sangria.

The worst martini of my life, very short, I ordered Siphon and in the end they brought me soda, according to them.... Anyway, it was water with lemon, because the martini has evaporated. The hot beer.... The olives are very good. We will not take more, disappointed. Excellent views but that is nature...

This place is a short walk from Lloret beach and a bit further from Fenals. Go early to miss crowds. A great stopping spot to have a drink and relax. Beautiful sites and away from the dirty Lloret masses.
