Very nice walk
Sep 2020
Nice place for a pleasant stroll along the walls. You can enjoy the lovely view over the beach, and if the weather is clear, you will see Erice.

Wonderful views and pictures. However you may end up at a closed gate as we did and what is supposed to be a small beach was pretty dirty (maybe they clean it for the summer...)

Truly wonderful sunsets
Sep 2017 • Couples
The Bastione Conca Trapani is a walk most definitely not to be missed. One walks adjacent to the ocean and can take in sea views on one side and the town's streets and ally ways in the other. This is the most wonderful place to appreciate dawn and sunset. The colours in the sky on both occasions can be truly awe inspiring. It is a photographers paradise and is a superb place to jog early in the morning.

Beauty in simplicity

I visited the place in the morning. There was such a peaceful atmosphere, I could only hear the waves kissing the rocks.

Nice and walks between the town and the water
Oct 2016 • Solo
This is a nice and safe walk along the sea on one side and the town on the other. It is a place to stroll and, in season, to swim. It is easy to park alongside and the most interesting part of town, with shops and restaurants is never more than a block away.

Cannot miss it if you are in Trapani, Sicily
Jun 2016
You will be walking on the long broad walk facing the ocean. It is a must if in Tripani especially at sun dawn. It starts in the residential section and goes up to the main activity road. We were at a B&B and we walked to get to restaurants. Nice, secure (one keeps its jewels and iphone hidden). Quiet.

Nice view over the city edge and the sea. Its possible to walk on the wall but also go down at one point close to the sea.

A definite landmark for Trapani
Nov 2015 • Family
The old city lies on a narrow peninsula. This promenade is on the northern side of the old city. It offers a quiet & pleasant walk along the seaside. It also enables you to have a look at the different styles that make the old city. Walking there reminded me of Tunisia: there is a striking resemblance with Hammamet seaside walk for instance. Nice colors at sunset.

A quick visit here is due

Walking through the streets of downtown before you reach the sea, the notorious bastions. A long promenade and fascinating feature better enjoy the sunset for a walk or a run.
Along the boardwalk many restaurants and bars.

Nice place to see and for a walk
Jun 2015 • Couples
We went there in June 2015. The bastion is long and a very nice place for a walk. You can see a lot of the coast from there, many cruise ships and it leads you straight into town center. A great place for a jog with clean air and nice views.
