I visited this place in August 2019. The environment of the place during that was very eye catching. The place is known to be a birth place of a famous saint Parshuram. Good place to go with friends and family.

Janspav is Janma sthana of Shri Parshuram. Historical place with natural hill station beauty. Very good to visit in rainy season. Road to this place is good. Use your simple driving skills.

This is place you can only checkout during monsoon. A temple and a pond with some natural beauty being on hill side.

The drive is excellent from Indore and last stretch is approx 4km uphill.

We went to this place post monsoon and heat was unbearable as they don't have proper sitting area plus place is not well maintained.

Take your own food + water if you are going with kids or big group.

Tip :- One can plan to have a long drive to Janapav with food stop being at Apna Sweets (situated at Rao) as there is lots of fun activity inside the restaurant.

Went with friends n family on 14Aug16. Steep high drive of 1.5 km with good wide road. Awesome weather made drive feel like driving in hill station. Clouds were touching Lord Mahadev feet. All enjoyed weather n view from top with hot tea, corn and clouds. Place 8 kms before Manpur on Indore-Mumbai highway.

This is such a nice place if you choose the right company and nice weather to go to this place. Although a little isolated, but worth going.

Plan you visit there a little after rains. On a day when its clear yet not too sunny. When you will take the road through the village you might be a little surprised as to where you are going. But a little after you will cross the forest area and then you will see a well constructed road. There after it will lead the way. When you will reach the top, you will be taken away by great mesmerizing views and chilly winds.

Around the kund (pool) there are trees, if you are there at right time, you will be surrounded by natural fog even on a sunny day which will give you an out of the world feeling (consider Indore that time, and you will feel out of the world.. ;) )

Try not to disturb monkeys!

Climb up the water tank (be careful) for great scenic views!

There are some rooms available from the tourism dept, but not to reliable about facility and security! Try to leave in time and touch the main road before its dark, so you are not trapped anywhere and safe!

Its a must go place for any Indorian!

Just near indorr only 48 Kms 50 minutes drive ,This place is good enough to dig in the rainy season. Although I was just bare weather. The beauty here is beautiful. Here is a temple which is considered sacred. Must visit.
