This was supposedly where the royal family of Indore stayed which currently houses some of the department offices of the state.

Art and Architecture buffs would like this place. It's a typical architectural palace, now converted into a museum. Unfortunately a part of castle was damaged due to heavy rains, so couldn't review the light & sound show (which is said to be quite a thing), otherwise it's a real beauty.

This place is known for the palace type monument converted now into a museum. It is open to public and has a very nominal entry fee. It is definitely worth a look as it is absolutely soothing and peaceful place having temple inside the compound.
