The Foshan Folk Art Researche centre located in zumiao road is the best place explore the rich culture of the region

The institute was quite close to Foshan Ancestral Temple, then it moved to a new location. When I was there in April 2018, I found out the real estate was sold to some developers and the business has moved. I talked to some people there, they didn't know exactly where the institute would be moved to. It was kind of sad to find out that news. They told us to check out the showroom, which is right by the back entrance of Foshan Ancestral Temple. We bought some nice gift there. After the showroom, you can walk around that area. The "New World" district is quite close by. We liked that area. It used to be residential area with those typical southern China style housing with those "cross-bar" door. They turn that into shops and restaurants, very cute area to check it out.
