A MUST SEE
Sep 2019
Outstanding building and a very helpful staff. A must see. There are events for the entire family. Check out the many art projects for children.

Fun
Jul 2018 • Friends
Took my grandson and he had a ball. It was so much to do for him and he stayed simulated. He was having so fun that we had to bribe him with ice cream to get him to leave.

Beautiful architecture, very interesting building, worth a look see.

There are various inside activities for the kiddos and the adult as well. Great venue for Weddings, birthday parties, or just walking through and enjoying the ecentrics of this lovely historic building. And yes there are many fun things for the kids to do and see along the way.

Dec 2016 • Family
Charlie Brown, Annie .... I can't remember all of the great family community theater put on in this wonderful center with talented small town entertainers. But next week is The Hobbit! Come watch with us!

Really a jem in the middle of town
Mar 2017
They have done a great job renovating this old building. They have a lot of great exhibits for children and offer a great selection of plays.

Very Nice. Go.

Go, and keep going. There is always something different. Great place to go with family, friends, or dates. When we have out-of-town guests, either business or personal, I try to work this in just to brag on it. It's one of the finer places that Rocky Mount has to offer. Unfortunately, there is no longer a place on site to grab lunch.

Wonderful place to take the kids...or take another adult
Oct 2016 • Family
Children's museum is awesome, with interactive displays that change frequently. Planetarium, dress up stage, art shows for the adults, gift shop. Fabulous restored/historic warehouse. Sad to see the restaurant closed, it was a fun place to grab a bite after a Sat. visit.

Fun for the Kids
Feb 2016 • Family
Interactive displays made this fun for the little ones. Sculptures and art for the adults are a bonus. Plenty of parking in a great spot in Rocky Mount.

Revitalized Tabacco factory worth visiting
Nov 2016 • Family
Nice and quiet art gallery to check out. Local artists sell their works here. It's and old tobacco factory that has been beautifully gentrified. Ample parking.
