Great Location

We decided to stop by the arena on our road trip up north, and really liked the location, about 20 minutes from the city, and only 10 minutes from the airport.

Went there with family to see Sir Paul McCartney. We had seats in the upper level but the view of the stage was great. Would go there again

Went here before the Covid stay at home order was put in place. The facility was extremely cleaned and the crowd to see Billie Eilish was easily handled. A clear bag policy was in place and there was plenty of notice before you even got to the stadium about it. Parking was $30 but we walked over from the Four Points by Sheraton within 7minutes. They sold food/drinks at the arena that looked pretty good but we ate before we came so didn't try that.

Went for a concert here last week. Not impressed with this venue. First they charge THIRTY DOLLARS for parking!!!!!
My hubby is 6 feet tall and was VERY uncomfortable in the small seats. Not nearly enough leg room for someone his size or taller.
Not sure what the engineers were thinking when they designed this place. We will NEVER go back to this place for a concert.
Very disappointed.....

Seats are painful.

I nearly injured my testes on a recent trip to the PNC arena. The chairs are painfully small. I would be willing to pay double for a larger seat. I nearly threw up when my testes were forced together trying to fit into the seat. I was uncomfortable and had to sit at an angle. My testes hurt for days.

Venue & seats were great. We won!! The parking & traffic need some work. Overpriced parking & getting in is very frustrating.

Great venue for a concert. They have traffic control in and out of the parking areas down to a science...super organized and kept things moving.

There are a lot of small issues during hockey games here. Maybe all stadiums experience this, but it just seems for all the security, there is none at the same time? We observed a group of 4 young people move around from seats to seats within a section that we paid nice price for, nearer to the ice. They were not there initially, and showed up at some point earlier in game when they must have noted the seats seemed free. Funnily, the guys occupying seats had gotten up, so they returned and these dweebs were taking up their seats. At least they promptly moved. But then, a little while later they showed up a row ahead of us where there were some scattered "free" seats. If not that we didn't want to interrupt our game and experience, we would have notified someone. I imagine that they were same section but much higher up and simply moved down once inside with ticket, but this is not fair at all to higher paying customers. I also really dislike that they serve gross food and alcohol at these events, as people spill their food, drinks and it just plain smells bad.

Great facility and awesome event. Very well organized with friendly employees and traffic moved in and out well. We did take an Uber to avoid driving.

Great place for a hockey game.
Jan 2020
My first NHL hockey game, and we had a great time. The venue was well laid out, clean, and modern. Staff were friendly, even the local Hurricanes fans were friendly to me and my buddy who were supprting the visiting team. Lots of food options, a couple smoking areas, clean bathrooms located throughout. Place was very secure, it was like an airport getting in, and several security dogs about. The only thing they need to work on is either permanant or even temporary (i.e. tents) shelter in their ride sharing pick up zones. It was raining the night we attended, and each of their well-designated zones had passengers exposed and soaked. At a venue that charges an exhorbitant $25 parking fee, ride share is an important consideration when getting 19,000 fans in and out of a venue quickly and comfortably.
